IT Procurement Administrator administers and coordinates activities and processes in the IT procurement function. Prepares RFI's and RFP's based on stakeholder and company requirements. Being an IT Procurement Administrator conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings. Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Maintains the enterprise infrastructure including hardware, software and systems, communications and audio visual systems as required for operations at Ingeteam Inc. Works with Corporate IT and local 3rd Party IT Ensures that software and systems meet overall company goals. Determines, recommends and purchases hardware, software, and communication devices. Ensures that local IT policies are aligned with global policies. Establishes and implements network and security policies and procedures.

Work Experience Requirements (Skills, competences, expertise, etc.)
· Must have proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role;
· Effective oral and written communications and customer service skills are essential. The ability to work with frequent, varying deadlines is required. Organizational and analytical skills are required. Strong documentation skills are essential.
· Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft products and systems skills is necessary.
· Excellent trouble shooting skills demonstrated through technical experience required.
· Knowledge of the EDR-Cortex system, communication and VPNs, VOIP, office 365 are requirements.
· Working experience of technical software (AutoCAD, Solid Edge, etc.), and scripts is a plus.
· Experience with SAP/ ERP systems preferred.
· Knowledge and conversation/write in Spanish is a important plus.
