The Procurement Administrator position is critical to the supply chain department and is an immediate need. The Procurement Administrator is responsible for working with team members to plan and order purchase components and items. This position reports directly to the Director of Purchasing and touches on all facets of production planning and purchasing.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist each Purchasing team-member as needed.

2. Work with the Purchasing Director on impromptu projects.

3. Liaison amongst departments to facilitate order flow.

4. Back-up each Purchasing Team members.

5. Identify opportunities to develop efficient protocols.

6. Field questions from and distribute information to customer facing departments about inventory and order status.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree required.

2. Must possess excellent written communication skills.

3. Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

4. Must have a positive attitude and a desire to grow.

5. Must have MS suite proficiency.

6. Sage experience a plus.

7. Lastly, must possess a sense of humor!
