IT Procurement Administrator administers and coordinates activities and processes in the IT procurement function. Prepares RFI's and RFP's based on stakeholder and company requirements. Being an IT Procurement Administrator conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings. Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     • Spearhead the implementation of strategic planning tools to proactively address and resolve supplier constraints, fostering agility and resilience in our supply chain.
    • Lead negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable contracts, pricing structures, and swift resolution of disputes to safeguard HNI's interests and drive value.
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of operational and financial risks within supply chains, preempting potential disruptions and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze spending patterns within IT categories, driving efficiency improvements and cost savings initiatives.
    • Champion innovation by identifying and integrating cutting-edge materials, technologies, and processes to elevate the quality and competitiveness of HNI's product offerings.
    • Ensure seamless project execution, adhering to timelines and budgets, and minimizing disruptions to operations and customer satisfaction.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the IT category, optimizing pricing strategies, design processes, and operational efficiencies.
    Requirements:
    • 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in strategic procurement and cultivating strong supplier relationships, preferably within the IT sector.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and agility in the face of challenges.
