IT Procurement Administrator administers and coordinates activities and processes in the IT procurement function. Prepares RFI's and RFP's based on stakeholder and company requirements. Being an IT Procurement Administrator conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings. Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. As an Administrator you will be responsible for the administration and management of theAssisted Living Community, adhering to established company policies, as well as state andfederal regulations. You will also manage fiscal operations, such as budget planning andaccounting for health care services, along with hiring and training of personnel. Yourresponsibilities will additionally include negotiating and overseeing building improvements andequipment additions. You will direct and coordinate activities of medical, nursing, andadministrative staffs and community services all while developing and enforcing policies andprocedures for various establishment activities.Qualifications:- Minimal of 18 years of age.- Current state administrators licensure or certification.- Basic knowledge of current nursing home or assisted living principles, methods andprocedures, and knowledge of medical terminology, medicines and narcotic protocol.- Current knowledge of administrative procedures with the ability to assist in recruiting,selecting, and the orientation of management personnel as well as to plan and directwork of others.- Comprehensive knowledge of community resources particularly in the health andsupportive services.- Ability to represent the facility in its contracts with residents, their families, the medicalcommunity and other institutions and agencies.Are you looking to have fun while making a difference in someone's life?Who We Are
