IT Procurement Administrator administers and coordinates activities and processes in the IT procurement function. Prepares RFI's and RFP's based on stakeholder and company requirements. Being an IT Procurement Administrator conducts sourcing activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings. Reviews contracts, terms, and service level agreements. Additionally, IT Procurement Administrator inputs and tracks procurement data. Facilitates the planning and coordination of equipment delivery, installations, upgrades, and changes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IT Procurement Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Job Description:
Hours are not guaranteed, however this position will have a recurring assignment at a client sight every other week.
This position is intended to provide a flexible option for occasional supplemental income, not a consistent and guaranteed monthly income. We are seeking a PT Onsite IT Consultant to commit to a recurring monthly site visit to our client in Oxnard, CA. This position will also be able to pick up as needed assignments at our client sites in the Greater LA area.
The Onsite IT Consultant is in a position to help our small to medium-sized business customers operate more efficiently due to the proper use of today's technologies. We are looking for candidates with strong customer-oriented consultative skills that also have strong technology and troubleshooting skills. In this role, you will provide onsite support and technology implementation services for numerous businesses. This position is a great combination of both the consulting side and the technical side of the business.
Job request frequency will vary by location. In some areas we have a high volume of customers and requests. In other areas, we have as few as one customer therefore less requests. In areas with few customers we continue to grow and acquire new customers.
In low volume areas, requests may range from once a month to once every three months.
