Who you’ll be working with:
The Talent Operations team are the people who make Liberty IT a place where people want to work. They support and care for our employees from their first day to their retirement.
Partner with and support Managers and their employees on a daily basis on a wide range of HR related topics.
Own and overview all compliance processes for an employee group, including gender pay gap reporting, working time directive tracking, and visa and work permit tracking.
Manage and facilitate the successful delivery of annual projects such as
Salary and compensation review
Employee engagement initiatives
End of year performance review activities
Handle employee relations queries including changes to employment terms and conditions
Chair disciplinary or grievance processes and complete all follow-up documentation
Systems administration to process probation, stautory leave and any family leave requests.
Issue new contracts and updated terms to employees as required
Be the primary point of contact for employee queries.
Manage any occupational health incidents and associated documentation requirements
Experience and skills we need:
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR operations and compliance.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a broad HR role, providing full cycle support to a employees and Managers.
Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Republic of Ireland HR legislation
Experienced in supporting and guiding Managers through a range of HR related topics..
A third level qualification in a Human Resources or Business related subject.
Experience in working with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to Data Protection best practices and handling confidential data.
