Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     POSITION TIMING: Position requires a USCIS Government security clearance which can take 2-3 months to process and must be complete prior to candidate starting work.

    Description: The Site HR Manager will ensure all General HR Requirements are met. Key responsibilities include overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function developing policy, procedures, coordinates HR activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, recruiting, benefits, training.

    Minimum/General Experience

    • Five (5) years of overall HR experience obtained within the last seven (7) years; including HR Generalist duties, employee engagement expertise, communication excellence, leadership experience in HR, preferred
    • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
    • Efficient with Microsoft Software tolls and HRIS systems
    • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
    • Experience with Union environments, desired
    • Experience with FMLA claims and general experience with benefits and onboarding/offboarding
    • Ability to obtain a federal security clearance

    Minimum Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: HR, Business or Public Administration, Finance/Accounting, Communications or related fields, preferred

    Clearance: DHS Public Trust or Clearable
