Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. An individual in this role must demonstrate unparalleled customer service. IT Managers collaborate with and direct a team of technical experts, either remote or on-site to satisfy client requests and issues. IT Managers organize all technical projects from research and planning to implementation, with the support of the PFIT team.
