IT Contracts Manager creates, writes, negotiates and reviews hardware or software licensing contracts. Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Contracts Manager will become a key member of a diverse corporate contracts team supporting SR Technologies, a BlueHalo Company. The Contracts Manager will provide support through every aspect of the contract lifecycle and act as a valued team member to program management, business development and customers across SR Technologies. This position will be embedded in a mission focused operations group and responsible for supporting business development and program teams in proposal activity, as well as providing contract management and administrative support for multiple commercial/non-commercial, prime contracts/subcontracts within various divisions. The Contracts Manager must be a team player with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional organization and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
