IT Contracts Manager creates, writes, negotiates and reviews hardware or software licensing contracts. Works with the Business Development team in establishing agreements that reflect the interests of partners and the company. Being an IT Contracts Manager also works with legal counsel when drafting licensing agreements. Ensures contract performance and rewrites or amends as necessary. Additionally, IT Contracts Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a solid understanding of web technology. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Contracts Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Managing projects function as a lead within the department in assessing, researching, recommending, and implementing technology solutions to address business needs. Participates in minimizing information security risks through the implementation of policies and procedures, identifies areas of opportunity, and makes recommendations for continuous improvements Ensuring systems have up-to-date antivirus & anti-malware protection. Ensuring software updates are tested and applied in a timely fashion. Ensuring backup and disaster recovery is operational and achievable. Continuously improves help desk service according to industry best practices Implementing methodologies to improve first call resolution, managing customer perceptions, and building strong internal & external relationships. Documenting issues with corresponding resolution to build up knowledge base. Utilizing help desk ticketing system and emails to manage and prioritize to resolve issues. Escalating and/or coordinating troubleshooting efforts with third party vendors. Maintaining open communication with end users to instruct and to promote a better understanding of technology |

Work with different vendors in order to get better pricing, functionality, and troubleshooting of different information systems. Salesforce basic experience General knowledge of virtualization concepts and/or experience managing virtual environments, TCP/IP network concepts and/or experience managing Ethernet and Wi-Fi networks. General knowledge of hospitality information systems and hospitality experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in computer science/management information systems or related field highly preferred. 5 years of IT management experience or network administration with leadership experience. Work closely with accounting and finance processes and procedures reports, to safekeeping new assets, IT Expenses control. Maintain Asset inventory for IT equipment, Asset Disposal reports. IT Vendor Management Gatekeeper for Departmental Softwares overall property assigning dedicated team members for training and software control. Work closely with Networking partner Ipower Technologies on reporting, and updating systems and cases on the go. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus |
