Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager with experience in managing and supporting SAP ERP environments, particularly in Supply Chain related modules such as MM. The ideal candidate will also have experience with other SAP Modules/Products (SD, PP, PM, QM, GTS), as well as expertise in designing and managing SAP technical environments, including ABAP/.NET extensions, middleware technologies, and EDI integration. This role requires strong team management skills, with at least 2 years of team management experience or equivalent industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the SAP ERP environment, particularly in Supply Chain related modules such as MM, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on SAP-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of customizations and extensions in SAP, leveraging ABAP, .NET, and other technologies as needed.
- Manage integrations with external systems and partners, including EDI, ensuring seamless data exchange and communication.
- Lead a team of technical professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities, aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives.
Requirements Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience supporting/managing an SAP ERP environment, with a focus on Supply Chain related modules such as MM.
- Experience with other SAP Modules/Products (SD, PP, PM, QM, GTS), with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing SAP technical environments, including experience with ABAP/.NET extensions, middleware technologies, and EDI integration.
- Strong team management skills, with at least 2 years of experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
