IT Capacity Planning Manager manages staff responsible for monitoring the organization's data processing and storage needs and develops long-term plans to meet business requirements. Develops policies for network storage system troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance. Being an IT Capacity Planning Manager documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact for network capacity related issues. Allocates storage space, plans for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and makes suggestions for appropriate storage or backup models.     About the role

    As the head of Investment Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the Video Investment Strategy for the Health Business, including the annual Upfront and quarterly options. You should also have a passion for numbers, as you will also lead the investment and budget management for the Health business unit, including estimates, billing, PO process and reconciliation.

    Your responsibilities

    • Lead annual Upfront process, including gathering strategic inputs from all health brands, projected budgets, desired changes to dayparts/programming
    • Work with media agency to provide cross-functional team with briefing templates and timelines. Proactively manage calendars with upper management to ensure alignment on video, budget and ongoing rate-of-change discussions
    • Manage quarterly buys, including flighting and makegoods. Work with brands on options and/or incremental requests within quarters.
    • Lead all TV integration and sponsorship programs, including proposals, planning and activation
    • Evaluate all additional Linear and FEP opportunities, including recommendations from Barter agency
    • Gather industry articles/information/POVs emerging in video or cross-device marketing for department reference
    • Lead competitive reporting and analysis. Manage competitive contract with Vivix and ensure cross-functional members have access and training on the tool.
    • Liaise with global on annual and ad hoc audits
    • Manage annual MAPP process
    • Lead implementation of all global media and billing tools (MPR , etc). Ensure all relevant team members are trained and aware of responsibilities as it related to these tools
    • Track working media investment down to the vendor/partner level, including barter and inhouse activations
    • Lead barter utilization management and champion the use of barter across working teams
    • Manage monthly brand budget changes and communicate to AOR, finance and cross-functional teams
    • Coordinate and maintain media flowcharts and purchase authorizations
    • Lead all billing or invoicing related issues and work with finance on solutions
    • Work with global on providing data needs/requests

    The experience we're looking for


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 5 years relevant experience on either the client or agency side planning or buying television/FEP/CTV
    • Knowledge of the linear TV advertising space, including CPPs, GRPs, options, scatter, etc.
    • Strong knowledge of FEP planning and implementation. Programmatic experience a plus
    • 5 years experience reviewing TV and content proposals; ability to negotiate better rates
    • 5 years managing media budgets

    • Advanced Excel skills for analysis, dashboarding, and data manipulation including pivot tables, conditional statements, VLOOKUP, statistical packages, macros and correlations/regressions
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional follow-through and initiative
    • Strong attention to detail/ability to perform under tight deadlines
    • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

    US salary ranges

    USD $130,000.00 - $196,000.00

    US pay transparency

    The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
