IT Capacity Planning Manager manages staff responsible for monitoring the organization's data processing and storage needs and develops long-term plans to meet business requirements. Develops policies for network storage system troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance. Being an IT Capacity Planning Manager documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact for network capacity related issues. Allocates storage space, plans for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and makes suggestions for appropriate storage or backup models. Additionally, IT Capacity Planning Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The IT Capacity Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an IT Capacity Planning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

    Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Essential Responsibilities:

    The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will focus on back-office processes, to ensure that we are optimizing our ERP and other technology to streamline tasks, ensure that we are providing accurate, timely and transparent information to our internal and external customers. This position will also help to ensure that SOPs are being followed and help with training as necessary. As this position is part of the Finance and Accounting departments, they will also help with various tasks and projects in those areas as assigned.

    • Help implement and drive the utilization of our ERP and other technology tools throughout the back-office processes.
    • Ensure that we are leveraging technology to communicate information and data to our internal and external customers, accurately, timely and transparently.
    • Audit compliance with our back-office SOPs and ensure that they are being followed at all locations consistently.
    • Review and help streamline processes and assist in providing training.
    • Corporate Budget preparation.
    • Support the Finance and Accounting teams with Project Management and through various projects as assigned.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
    • Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance related field.
    • Familiarity and high degree of comfort with ERP systems and other back-office technology tools.
    • System implementation, process improvement and or project management experience.
    • Experience with the Financial Close process.
    • Well versed in GAAP and Internal Control procedures.
    • Strong detail orientation skills.
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent collaborative and team building skills.
    • Ability to work as a team, coordinating efforts toward organizational goals.
