IT Capacity Planner, Sr. evaluates the organization's data processing and storage needs and develops long-term plans to meet business requirements. Implements policies for network storage system troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance. Being an IT Capacity Planner, Sr. documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact for network capacity related issues. Allocates storage space, plans for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and makes suggestions for appropriate storage or backup models. Additionally, IT Capacity Planner, Sr. may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. To be an IT Capacity Planner, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Lead Global IBP process for Supply Planning in alignment with Commercial Team Drive Portfolio management including proper PIPO communications and system set up. Manage Global Inventory of portfolio with focus on balancing proper service and growth needs with optimization of investment. Responsible for proper Master Data management with regular reporting of accuracy. Drive KPI Management and reporting for Supply and Service areas of business with expectations to meet or exceed. Work closely with production teams to create and execute on feasible production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within supply chain and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Support and or lead critical projects for the business. Must Have: Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Expertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systems Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership Nice to Have APICS, IBF or similar professional certification. MBA Financial minor in education degree Experience in Medical Device Industry Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification Location: Italy, France, Germany, Spain (Hybrid), Ireland (Remote) Why Work with Us?
