IT Capacity Planner evaluates the organization's data processing and storage needs and develops long-term plans to meet business requirements. Implements policies for network storage system troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance. Being an IT Capacity Planner documents problems and solutions and serves as the point of contact for network capacity related issues. Allocates storage space, plans for future projects or acquisitions, reviews hardware and software configurations and makes suggestions for appropriate storage or backup models. Additionally, IT Capacity Planner may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. To be an IT Capacity Planner typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Black Voters Matter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Organizing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of regional organizers to help partners achieve their goals. The State Organizer Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain relationships with partners, as well as identifying new opportunities for collaboration. The priority for this role is to ensure that grassroots leaders, community stakeholders, and their organizations are supported in driving long-term base-building work through civic engagement and voter participation. The State Organizer Manager will provide support to BVMF’s statewide partners as they mobilize voters as well as BVMF’s broader objective of advocating for racial justice and building power by centering Black love, Black culture and Black joy.
