Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Foster good member relations and provide exceptional customer service by responding to members’
2. Assist the Board of Directors as needed by attending Board Meetings, distributing financials, managing the election process, requesting insurance quotes, and responding to their requests for information and assistance.
3. Manage the site’s accounts receivable by reviewing delinquencies, and prepaids.
4. Oversee and participate in controlling operating expenses and maintaining budget controls at the site.
5. Maintain interior cleanliness, curb appeal, and the physical appearance of the community by performing weekly inspections of the building and grounds and addressing issues related to the safety, aesthetics, or maintenance of the property.
6. Oversee and participate in the sales and marketing of cooperative units to prospective members by maintaining the move-in and wait lists, taking reservations, showing units, following up with prospects, and completing the necessary paperwork to sell an available share in the cooperative.
7. Provide site leadership by supervising staff and providing continuous coaching and feedback while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
8. Report to work during unscheduled hours and days as needed to respond to emergencies and urgent situations.
9. Foster a positive, inviting culture so the community is an enjoyable place for members to call home.
10. Assist in the planning of member activities and retention programs.
11. Coordinate contractor visits and maintain status of repairs, etc.
12. Maintain site records (member files, payables, M/I and M/O inspections, etc.)
13. Provide office management assistance by managing key control, overseeing and handling mail, preparing notes, letters, and documents, receiving and distributing packages, etc.
