Asset Protection Associate
Duties:
- Implement and maintain effective loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and fraud
- Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity
- Respond to alarms and incidents, assess the situation, and take appropriate action
- Conduct internal and external investigations into theft or other criminal activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Write detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and any other relevant information
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety and security policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in loss prevention or a related field is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and procedures
- Excellent report writing skills to document incidents and investigations accurately
- Ability to conduct criminal investigations in a professional manner
