We are a leading Multifamily acquisition company that specializes in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and management of multifamily properties. We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all of our assets, including overseeing construction projects, developing and executing asset management plans, working as a controller and overseeing the financials of the investments, and maximizing the value of our properties.

• Develop and execute asset management plans for all properties in the portfolio
• Manage all construction projects from inception to completion, including developing project scopes, managing budgets and timelines, and overseeing contractors
• Conduct property inspections and develop action plans to address any issues or deficiencies
• Monitor property performance and implement strategies to maximize income and minimize expenses
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
• Manage relationships with third-party property management companies, leasing agents, and other vendors
• Provide regular updates to senior management on property performance, construction projects, and asset management initiatives
• Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management and asset management
• Strong understanding of multifamily real estate operations and financial analysis
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Work at a fast pace and handle stress
