As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT & Business Consumers and Customers. As part of the Product Team, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the opportunities and issues facing Labor Management and provide advisement on the best solution. Additionally, you will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs into IS/IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test, and deploy those as IS/IT solutions. You will work to drive the evolution of Labor Management in North America by providing flexibility and visibility to hourly personnel and schedules while enabling initiatives to drive cost reduction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support markets on the identification of business benefits to be achieved by the implementation of Labor Management tools
- Define business requirements and implementation plans
- Work with internal and external partners on the design and implementation
- Execute implementation projects
- Post implementation evaluations, quantifying business benefits against business cases
- Identify opportunities for improvement such as gaps in existing functionality, troubleshooting, process automation and driving the development/implementation process
- Analyze, document, and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications around Labor Management and scheduling
- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustainment
- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction and the change management required to maximize its adoption, value
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field and familiarity with the Employee Life Cycle
- 2 years of experience working with employees in a manufacturing environment or supporting hourly employees
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Workforce Planning solutions (example: DLM, PeoplePlan, Kronos, etc.)
- Experience working with SAP APO
