IT Asset Management Administrator performs various IT asset administration duties related to the organization's hardware, software, and service contracts. Administers systems for tracking IT asset life cycles, managing inventory and maintaining information on software licenses and service level agreements. Being an IT Asset Management Administrator ensures compliance with purchasing procedures and standards. Tracks quality throughout product/contract lifetimes. Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain networks and servers records.
Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives and SOC requirements.
Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
Annual security training for all staff.
Create user accounts and perform access control.
Back up and archive/recover data.
Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
Complete and record monthly SOC evidence
Domain management, renew and setup etc
SSL certificate management - implementation and renewal
All other tasks that may be reasonably required.
Requirements:
At least two years' experience in a similar role with extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. GSuite and Google Cloud setup, configuration and management skills.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Google, Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
