The IT Asset Management Sr. Technical Product Analyst, within the Service Management Office (SMO) reports to the IT Asset Management Sr. Technical Product Manager. This role is responsible for contributing towards the definition, oversight, effectiveness and continued improvement of the IT Asset Management program for McDonalds globally. Closely aligned with other SMO team members and cross functional stakeholders, this role will contribute towards the success of the IT Asset Management and CMDB products, ensuring data completeness and accuracy and contribute significantly towards developing best in class asset lifecycle management capabilities and an organized IT Asset Management system to track and manage company assets across their full lifecycle.
