Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with on call rotation required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must.

Maintenance Technician duties and responsibilities:
· Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and general construction
· Move and Install appliances
· Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing faucets, etc.
· Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm, emergency lights etc.)
· Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces
· Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations)
· Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues
· Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
· Perform other related duties and activities as required
Maintenance Technician qualifications and requirements
· Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician
· Certification of apprenticeship
· knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
· Hands on experience with hand and electrical tools
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Manual dexterity and physical stamina
