IT Asset Management Administrator jobs in Amarillo, TX

Job Duties: Provide quality customer service to all existing and potential customers. Work towards the generation, promotion, and maintenance of a quality work environment for all staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and providing team support. Responsible for the daily management of assigned accounts and the overall maintenance of all aspects of the account relationship to retain and grow business. Make Marketing calls on existing and potential customers and report them to the Marketing Department to be discussed at weekly Marketing Meetings. Work closely with internal and external investment advisors to assist your customers in the administration, allocation, and investments of retirement plans and IRAs. Provide backup to other team members as needed.

Requirements: College degree required. 5 or more years of experience in Retirement Plans or related experience required. A working knowledge of ERISA, accounting and computer applications preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and customers. Must be able to create and maintain good Bank image in dealing with the public, both business and non-business contacts. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time
