Job Summary:
As part of this position, your key responsibilities will involve nurturing and upholding enduring relationships with our clients, ensuring their contentment, and facilitating revenue expansion. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth grasp of the IT, cybersecurity, and networking sectors, coupled with remarkable communication and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Proactive Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth. Tailor customized solutions that align with clients’ IT and business objectives.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and project management. Ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Client Engagement and Satisfaction: Conduct regular client meetings and reviews. Assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and provide updates on new offerings and service enhancements.
- Metrics and Retention: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics. Implement strategies to maximize client retention and revenue generation.
- Industry Insights and Recommendations: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Networking and Lead Generation: Participate in networking events, trade shows, and conferences. Build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
- Onboarding New Clients: Shepherd prospects through the onboarding process. Provide guidance on implementation and documentation.
- Record Keeping: Update client and prospect records in ConnectWise and HubSpot.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is ideal, but substantial knowledge and experience can compensate for formal education.
- 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the IT or Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and other managed services offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving and negotiation skills, always with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and organized, requiring minimal micro-management or constant oversight.

- Collaborate Internally: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of Managed Service Provider (MSP) services. Foster long-term client relationships.
