IT Account Manager – Administration / Sales
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The IT Account Manager is the primary point of contact for sales and strategic service opportunities across all existing clients.
Along with their Managed Services and Project team, the IT Account Manager will establish and maintain long-term business relationships with all existing clients to become a trusted technology advisor, promote the sale of products and services offered by our company and advocate on their behalf with internal resources to ensure expectations are being met.
Separate from hunting and prospecting for new clients, the IT Account Manager focuses entirely on existing clients, and will work regularly with other members of the Sales team and colleagues from a range of departments, such as Managed Services, Business Voice, Purchasing, as well as Senior Management and Leadership representatives.
