IT Account Manager establishes and maintains business relationships with internal and external customers. Develops IT projects to meet the business needs of the customers. Overview
Sant Cugat del Vallès in Barcelona is our headquarters and Berry's Centre of Excellence and Innovation Hub. Which is specified as the role location. We welcome applicants from within Europe and the role has the flexibility to be based in any European country.
This is a strategic project manager role, working on business transformation. Specializing in ERP projects and management of the ERP team including implementation of associated projects, managing its team members to provide effective and timely project implementation, driving continuous improvement to business processes and business results.
The role is hybrid and will be a mixture of work locations, which also includes working from home. The post requires 25% travel to other Berry sites, which will include overseas travel within Europe and globally.
Qualifications
- Excellent project management experience required.
- BSC degree in Business or other related field, plus equivalent experience.
- Formal systems education/training required.
- Thorough knowledge of user functions.
- Minimum 5-10 years business process experience.
- Prior experience with manufacturing software required.
- Advanced knowledge of PC applications.
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communications skills.
- Able to work with users at any level in the corporation.
- Desire to continue technology education and learning.
- Must have excellent level of spoken/written English. Other language skills are not essential but advantageous.
