    • Monitor the Pro Shop and attend to all customer questions and inquiries.
    • Process all sales of Pro Shop and Cavalier Shop items and bill all Sports Club court times, services and fees.
    • Schedule all racquet sports reservations according to standards.
    • Monitor cash drawer during entire shift and maintain responsibility for the proper opening/closing of each cash drawer.
    • Responsible for opening/closing The Sports Club.
    • Assist Housekeeping with maintaining cleanliness of Front Desk area.
    • Organize and log all lost and found items.
    • Provide CPR/First-aid as needed.
    • Assist customers with restringing of racquets.
    • Assist tennis court maintenance staff with indoor court cleaning and upkeep, outdoor court grooming, and other small projects (hanging windscreens, nets, & court awnings)
    • Assist with club operations.
