Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our team in Darien, CT. The Operations Coordinator will assist the Director of Operations to oversee the Company’s work that is done in the field as well as over the phone to service our customers. This includes work that is the result of new and add-on sales, contracted services, and “break-fix” service requests.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage daily installations, service and inspection activities
• Prepare daily schedule and assemble job documents
• Monitor if additional manpower is required, due to illness, planned time off or increase in job requirements
• Daily communication to the team regarding jobs pending, in progress and completed
• Organize and maintain supply inventory, as needed
• Prepare daily job supply kits for each scheduled job
• Receive, manage and maintain both in-house as well as vehicle inventory levels
• Review/Process daily service orders, from creation to closure
• Make updates to customers, suppliers, system details, and inventory in our company's software
• Assist to maintain operations technical documents and records
• Communicate with customers and suppliers as needed

Experience and Qualities Preferred:

• 3 years with a general or trade contractor is desired. Experience with an electrical, low-voltage, or telecommunications contractor is a plus
• Experience providing customer service to end-users is a plus
• Good problem solving skills
• Good communication skills.
• This is intended to be a full-time position. Flexible part-time could be considered.

Work Location: In person, Darien, CT

Salary: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
