As the Sr Director of Maternal Services, you will be supported by an exceptional team consisting of Division Chairs and Chiefs of Divisions in the fields of Neonatology and Obstetrics. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer and the Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services, the Women’s Services Sr Director will oversee the Labor and Delivery unit, NICU, and Mother-baby unit which includes more than 400 full-time employees. The Nursing Managers of each Women's Services unit will have a direct reporting line to the Sr Director of Maternal Services.
The Senior Director of Women's Services manages all aspects of services related to Women's Health within the Medical Center and ensuring timely, high-quality, cost-effective delivery. They will also develop and implement strategic plans and collaborate with medical center leaders to create programs that meet community needs. In addition, the role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with community agencies, overseeing educational outreach, consulting with staff, and serving as a resource for affiliate hospitals.
