JOB DETAILS:

You will be trained in various aspects of landscaping, both softscapes (sod, mulch, plants, trees, water features, etc) and hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, boulders, fire pits, etc). We will provide all on the job training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to lift 80 lbs - a strong back is needed! This is a very physical job
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
- Available from 7:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (however, most work days will only be 8 hours - we try to start earlier when the weather gets hot)
- 18 with a valid drivers license
- Transportation to and from company headquarters near the Spokane airport

Our hiring process and pay/benefits are:
1. In-person interview
2. Drug test/Background check
3. One day paid working interview at minimum wage
4. Pay will start at $20 /hr DOE with opportunities for raises
5. 2nd year of employment – 3 days paid time off
6. 3rd year of employment – 5 days paid time off

Benefits:

- Accrue sick leave at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Can cash out at the end of the year.
- Bonuses throughout the season based on company performance as a whole.
