IRA Accounts Supervisor jobs in Iowa
IRA Accounts Supervisor oversees operations and transactions involving IRAs. Monitors opening and closing of accounts, account distributions, rollovers, and customer inquiries. Being an IRA Accounts Supervisor may handle large or complex accounts. Ensures compliance with governmental regulations, including account over-contribution and early distributions. Additionally, IRA Accounts Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be an IRA Accounts Supervisor typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Telco Triad Community Credit Union is in need of an IRA Specialist to help in overseeing all of our Iowa branches. The IRA Specialist is responsible for the efficient daily IRA program operations including:
- Administrates the Credit Union’s IRA program.
- Responds to members’ inquiries regarding IRA Products and processes.
- Oversees the processing of IRA transfers. rollovers and tax form submissions.
- Reviews all IRA-related trainings to all employees.
- Assists in all Member Services products and services.
- Maintains IRA compliance for the Credit Union.
The ideal candidate(s) will have: A high level of integrity and professionalism, three to five years of similar or related IRA experience and/or completion of specialized certification or licensing in the IRA field.
