Hyperalimentation Technician provides nutritional and vitamin related prescription drugs and medications. Also prepares and compounds special intravenous solutions. Being a Hyperalimentation Technician provides advice to patients and families on use of various medications. Updates and maintains supplies on a regular basis to identify and reorder depleted or outdated stock. Additionally, Hyperalimentation Technician may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hyperalimentation Technician works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Body Technician
  • Auto Body Technician

  • Responsibilities

    • Assist Service Advisors in assessing damage to vehicles prior to repair.
    • Make Cosmetic repairs.
    • Use special equipment to restore damaged metal frames and body sections back to original specifications.
    • Ability to develop appropriate and efficient methods for each job.
    • Ensure all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
    • Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed.
    • Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window and seat operating equipment and trim to gain access to damaged area of vehicle if needed. Store parts on carts or cover to eliminate potential damage.
    • Mend damaged body and fenders by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits are to industry standards.
    • Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)
    • Fill depressions with body filler.
    • Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills; and bolts or welds replacement parts in position and reassemble after parts are painted; ensure all gaps and fills are to industry standards.
    • File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces with 120-grit paper before turning vehicle over to the Paint Dept.
    • Aim headlamps and repair or replace defective parts.
    • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards.
    • Comply with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and standards
    • Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair.
    • Other duties may be assigned as necessary

    Skills & Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-4 years body shop experience strongly preferred.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
