Job description

About the Role

Under the direction of Pediatric Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) you will:

• Receive training on how to deliver life-changing care to kids with a variety of developmental conditions
• Work with team of world-class clinicians
• Provide behavioral services to kids in the home and community-based settings
• Collect clinical data on a regular basis to support BCBAs in their care plans
• Train caregivers to implement BCBA-developed careplans
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis as a part of a multi-specialty care team
• Attend meetings & trainings regarding client's behavior services as necessary

Requirements

Applicant must have:

• Obtained high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field)
• Completed or willing to complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician Course work
• Obtained or willing to obtain recertification of RBT training annually*
• Completed or willing to complete all necessary Medicaid Waiver training and documents*
• Reliable transportation

*Bonuses paid upon completion of certification materials

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
