Hydraulic Technician, Sr. jobs in Michigan

AIS Construction Equipment is the oldest Michigan owned and operated heavy equipment company in the state and has been serving customers for over 60 years. We are looking for a full-time, experienced Hydraulic Technician to join our Grand Rapids team!

Responsibilities:

• Disassemble, inspect, rebuild and remanufacture hydraulic pumps and motors
• Create accurate parts list and order parts
• Clean and lap applicable parts
• Assemble hydraulic pumps and motors
• Operate test stand to test hydraulic pumps and motors

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• High school diploma or GED
• Forward-thinking, basic computer skills, and ability to communicate effectively
• Leadership qualities; able to assist and coach others
• Previous heavy equipment/hydraulic technician experience
• Extensive knowledge of hydraulic pumps and motors
• Ability to lift 40lbs and work on your feet for 8 hours per day
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background and credit check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
