As a hydraulic assembly technician your impact is two-fold:
- For the customer, your goal is to execute (assemble, paint, and troubleshoot) hydraulic assembly work orders as scheduled, providing quality products on time and to our customer’s specifications.
- For the team, your goal is to maintain an organized, efficient, and quality centric assembly area. You’ll be responsible for documenting, communicating, and verifying needs and information; collaborating with other team members and departments; and coordinating activities to ensure an excellent customer experience.

This is a long-term, career-growth oriented position, and as such, the compensation package we’re offering is competitive: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on 2 – 3 years’ experience) to start and includes opportunities for you to quickly maximize your earning potential through training, experience, our ESOP, bonuses, and professional development programs.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Utilize hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical schematics to plan and execute work orders.
- Execute hydraulic assembly work orders as scheduled, creating quality product on time.
- Assemble, paint, and troubleshoot hydraulic components and systems.
- Ensure that paperwork is highly organized and that all products are appropriately labeled.
- Document quality tests, inspections, and results.
- Interact with Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, and Sales teams to communicate and work though any production issues as needed.
- Update and maintain organized assembly instructions and documentation.
- Maintain clean work areas in an organized and orderly manner to maintain maximum working productivity.
- Other ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Relevant associate degree (or equivalent experience) from a college or technical school preferred.
- Ability to interpret instructions (written/verbal) and work orders, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Welding metal fabrication experience.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work while meeting productivity standards.
- Ability to build and maintain great working relationships with other team members.
