Hydraulic Technician troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and services all hydraulic machines, systems, and components. Communicates findings and recommendations to customer and management. Being a Hydraulic Technician must be proficient in basic cylinder assembly and teardown skills. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Hydraulic Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hydraulic Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Will be required to go to various locations across Georgia to identify and repair hydraulic leaks or malfunctions.
Must have a good driving record and excellent customer service.
Must have mechanical knowledge and some hydraulic experience.
Self motivated to stay on task to have customers equipment up and running quick and effectively.
Responsible for identifying correct parts to be ordered for multiple ongoing jobs.
