Hydraulic Technician troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and services all hydraulic machines, systems, and components. Communicates findings and recommendations to customer and management. Being a Hydraulic Technician must be proficient in basic cylinder assembly and teardown skills. Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Hydraulic Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hydraulic Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
