• Develop, document, and perform all hiring procedures.
• Work with department managers to develop onboarding procedures and introductory training plans. Ensure the successful and thorough onboarding of all new employees.
• Recruit new employees.
• Oversee the creation and execution of employee training and development plans.
• Administer company benefit programs.
• Assist with disciplinary issues.
• Administer worker's comp cases.
• Create and maintain internal documents, processes, and reports.

• 3 years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position
• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or similar major
• Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
