As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a team of professional Outside Sales Representatives in the Eastern Region. Directs sales organization operations and develops the tactics, operational plans, and processes to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Oversees goal setting for departmental and group levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Implements methods and systems to effectively analyze and monitor the industry, business environment, and competitors and expand the customer base. 

JOB SCOPE:

• Manages and develops sales plans for a team of Outside Sales Representatives
• Focuses on the long-term planning and selling of a variety of products, services, and/or solutions 
• Ensures that account managers meet the ongoing needs of clients and prospects while accomplishing individual revenue goals
• May be personally responsible for managing major accounts
• Sets sales targets and quotas and makes recommendations for product improvements or expanding sales channels
• Create compelling proposal and presentation templates
• Provide regular management reports 

Requirements

•   High school diploma/GED
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills 
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment 
• Track record of sales success
• Experience leading a Sales team 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office   

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Experience in rental equipment industry
• Ability to obtain TWIC Card 
• Experience using CRM tools
