Human Resources Manager develops human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives. Manages key HR functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, payroll, and employee records. Being a Human Resources Manager develops and delivers internal staff communications. Evaluates, selects, and manages relationships with vendors to provide supplemental HR processes and services. Additionally, Human Resources Manager maintains employee records of pay, benefits, accidents, performance, and other activities and files reporting required to comply with labor laws and regulations. Collaborates with leadership on special projects. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Human Resources Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. You'll be responsible for leading our Client Services Team and have responsibility over onsite and remote client supoort fuctions, ensuring that teams have the technology resources and access required to perform at their jobs.     Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Perform work and report status in alignment with project schedule and provide proactive and timely status updates. 
    • Manage and motivate a team of IT support analysts who receive tickets, phone calls, emails, and other communications from customers requesting IT services
    • Identifies and implements self service solutions to empower internal clients, reducing required touchpoints with IT
    • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex problems on assigned applications across multiple hardware platforms, software packages and programming languages when necessary, collaborating with other PSC IT staff and business process experts. 
    • Analyze escalated support tickets to verify/recommend actions for improving data and system quality. 
    • Communicate with users and IT professionals at all levels and serve as an expert to provide system support services. 
    • Perform system analysis and provide enhancement recommendations according to department policies and procedures. 
    • Participates in 24/7 On-Call Rotation
    • Up to 25% travel to field office locations around the U.S.  
    Preferred Job Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or business related dicsipline
    • Proven/equivalent multi-year experience in related fields
    • 4 years managing IT support and/or Help Desk
    • ITSM related certifications (ITIL v3 Foundation, HDI Support Manager)
    • CompTIA Security
    Minimum Job Qualifications:
    • Able to provide references from past employers and/or projects 
    • Proven problem solving, communication, technical, and analytical skills
    • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. 
    • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
    • Speak fluent English
    • PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
