In this role, the Group HR Manager will provide strategic HR leadership and oversight for a diverse portfolio of Business Units spanning across 11 sites in Indiana, Missouri, Mississippi and Georgia. Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Fiberglass Group, this role will oversee the HR functions for the entire population within the group, supporting and managing a HR team of 10 direct and indirect. In this role, the Group HR Manager will act a strategic partner to Leadership throughout the Group to successfully support all components of HR functions for the Business Units!

Responsibilities and Duties:
Working closely with the Director of HR, the Group Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing new and creative ideas and influence on the Fiberglass Business Units throughout the group. Candidates should have the ability to successfully manage all components of the Human Resource Generalist functions so they may help guide and support issues when they arise at the locations they support. Acting also as a strategic partner, they will be responsible for managing programs within the group that include, but are not limited to performance management, talent management and workforce planning.
