Who You Are:

At the Analyst-Level, you will be expected to contribute to the development of recommendations, business knowledge and technology awareness, and take ownership of assigned tasks. You will conduct research, collect data, and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business solutions. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm’s brand and core values.

Role and Responsibilities:

You may work on various projects throughout your career with Excelacom. The roles and responsibilities noted below pertain to the specific role listed above.

• Manage the onboarding process for all employees and consultants (HQ and remote)
• Compile, update and maintain employee records
• Assist in managing the offboarding process for all employees and consultants (HQ and remote)
• Support the benefits administration process; to include assisting during Open Enrollment
• Conduct monthly benefit deduction audits
• Assist in coordinating with the finance team to ensure all information is updated for each bi-weekly payroll.
• Manage all employee changes and run employee reports using ADP Workforce Now
• Collaborate with our legal team to manage all immigration processes
• Conduct monthly audits as necessary to ensure accurate time-off balances
• Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
• Conduct research on various issues as needed
• Complete employment verifications
• Various other tasks and duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong math, written and verbal communication skills with an analytical approach
• Ability to interact cross-functionally with various levels management and peers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
• Minimum of 3 years’ recent experience in HR, preferably in a small to mid-size, fast-paced environment
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Proactively seeks ways to improve processes and procedures
• Team player and comfortable with ambiguity and frequently changing priorities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A high degree of responsibility and accountability
• Ability to meet deadlines and resolve matters in a timely fashion
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize, while also producing quality deliverables in a team environment
