Purpose
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department, including talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development, leave administrations and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding analytical and communication skills, is a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time temporary position, Monday- Friday 20 hours/week.
