CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the HR operations of 18 Long Term Care facilities throughout West Virginia. We are one of the fastest growing long term care providers in the country, and we are in need of a seasoned HR Professional to lead the West Virginia division. The Division Director of Human Resources will be responsible for guiding the HR operations, with an emphasis on labor management, turnover/retention, strategic recruitment plans, compensation, and HRIS system management and utilization. Workday HRIS experience is a big plus.
