Human Resources Director plans and oversees human resources functional operations, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance. Administers human resources programs and policies to reflect the organization's mission and values, support company goals, achieve objectives, and positively engage the workforce. Being a Human Resources Director maintains broad and current subject matter knowledge and expertise in federal and state employment laws to advise leadership with solutions for human resources issues and evolving organizational needs. Accomplish the Human Resource goals and objectives by planning, organizing, and managing all assigned functions required to operate and maintain programmatic activities and services. Ensure effective, efficient, and appropriate recruitment; compensation; benefits; records management systems; training and development; employee relations; policy formulation and implementation; and performance management are maintained in accordance with established federal, tribal, and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Updates ENIPC, Inc. policies and procedures, via ENIPC Board of Governors resolution process. Develops contracts that govern human resources operations.
