Summary
The HR Director is responsible for ensuring that the HR needs of 100 plus Tohono O’odham Community College (TOCC) employees are met through implementation of applicable tribal, state, and federal laws governing employee conduct and benefits. The Director works closely with the finance department and with other divisions of the College to ensure timely updates of contracts, onboarding, and related matters.
