Human Resources Business Partner jobs in Worcester, MA

The HR Business Partner will be a beacon of positivity for F&M while driving change and ensuring compliance to all State / Federal regulations.

Essential Job Functions

· Partner with Leadership Team for the development of strategic business and employee initiatives such as strategic planning, succession planning, developing organizational strategies, analyzing talent requirements, recruiting, and onboarding.

· Strengthen and implement HR policies that focus on strategic business priorities while improving the employee workspace and their experience at work.

· Measure, track, and present key performance metrics. Analyze data and use to make supported recommendations.

· Take ownership of all sensitive HR related functions, terminations, layoffs, furloughs, workplace discrimination and harassment, and employee conflict.

· Lead all HR related projects; Payroll and tax administration, Employee handbook revisions, Benefit plan selection / enrollment / administration and Workplace culture.

· Drive culture change based on continuous improvement in all areas.

· Collaborate with external HR teams to stay current on trends pertaining to, talent acquisition, employee performance management, compensation and rewards, and employee career development.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in HR Management.

· 8 to 10 years’ experience in progressive HR roles---Manufacturing preferred.

· Experience managing critical and complex employee practice issues.

· Experience in both strategic planning and succession planning.

· Bilingual – English & Spanish.

· Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across a variety of methods and levels (in-person, email, text, facetime, etc....)

· QMS/LEAN experience preferred---desire to learn required.

· Professional in human resources (PHR) a plus.

· Society for Human Resource Management certified professional (SHRM-CP) a plus.
