HR Business Partner

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored HR guidance to meet business objectives.
- Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes.
-Recruitment, training, onboarding and offboarding. Assist in developing training procedures.
- Align business practices with HR strategies and solutions to drive organizational performance.
- Provide support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Assist with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow.
- Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
- Create and maintain partnerships with HR specialty functions to ensure appropriate resources are engaged to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and support organizational change by providing strategic HR leadership and support to business units.
- Conduct regular meetings with respective business units to review human resources issues and initiatives.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
- Assist practice managers in managing employee performance, provide advice how to handle employees, communicate, guidance in performance management, incentives and disincentives.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develop contract terms for new employees
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Experience with HR metrics and data analysis
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management and employees
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to influence organizational change
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals
- Knowledge of effective HR practices and policies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
