The Director, HRBP is responsible for providing solutions and advocacy to employees, managers, and senior leaders for assigned business units at Point32Health. They build organizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate leader focused interventions (e.g., team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, manager capability, employee engagement, etc.). You’ll provide HR functional expertise on business strategies, as well as sound business expertise, to leaders and teams. This is a hands-on role for an innovative, thought-leader capable of building trust and earning credibility at all levels within the organization.
