    GattiHR (Point32Health) - Canton, MA

    The Director, HRBP is responsible for providing solutions and advocacy to employees, managers, and senior leaders for assigned business units at Point32Health. They build organizational alignment and capability through development and/or facilitation of appropriate leader focused interventions (e.g., team effectiveness, goal development and alignment, manager capability, employee engagement, etc.). You’ll provide HR functional expertise on business strategies, as well as sound business expertise, to leaders and teams. This is a hands-on role for an innovative, thought-leader capable of building trust and earning credibility at all levels within the organization.

     

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as strategic business partner and trusted advisor to business leaders offering thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
    • Provide expertise in the following areas: performance management, talent acquisition strategy and planning, leadership development, career and succession planning, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
    • Foster a culture of engagement and empowerment that values inclusion and diversity and demonstrates fair and consistent management practices. Ensure all employees continue to feel workplace respect and open communication.
    • Serve as coach, mentor and confidant to employees at all levels in a way that supports individual and organizational success. Coach and influence as a fully integrated team member within assigned business unit
    • Partner with Organizational Effectiveness and business leaders to lead transformation efforts, including change management, process improvement, and capability development
    • Provide strategic direction and expert advice in the development of organization design and cultural development to ensure adherence with the changing needs of the business
    • Solve challenges and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and functional solutions.
    • Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
    • Lead project management activities related to the function and Enterprise-wide initiatives including collection of stakeholder input, communication planning and change management
    • Other duties and projects as assigned

       

      QUALIFICATIONS – what you need to perform the job

       

      EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training.

         

        EXPERIENCE (minimum years required):

    • 15 years of demonstrated business-facing HR experience
    • 5 years in an HR Business Partner role

       

      SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

      • Demonstrated mastery of cross-functional HR functions and experience influencing and strategically solving complex problems
      • Demonstrated solid judgment and decision-making experience.
      • Demonstrated learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and a proven ability to cultivate relationships across teams
      • Proven experience in Change Leadership and Organizational Transformation skills
      • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
      • Demonstrated experience influencing decision making
      • Expert consulting, coaching and facilitation skills including group presentations
      • Customer focused and ability to communicate at Top Management level externally and internally

         

        WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required.
    • Work may require simultaneous use of a telephone/headset and PC/keyboard and sitting for extended durations.
    • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule.
