Career Opportunity: Human Resources Business Partner
The primary purpose of this position is to assist Centris Federal Credit Union in our mission to be a trusted life-long financial partner. Aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce and ensuring compliance with regulations. Perform administrative duties of a confidential nature under general supervision to support the employment population and Human Resources team.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the organization and staff by promoting and modeling the Centris Vision, Mission, Team Principles and Service Promises.
- Provide unparalleled service to both internal and external members in accordance with the Centris Service Promises.
- Provide support and assistance to Human Resources staff and managers with business needs.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and hiring of new employees including applicant reference verification, initiating system and security access, new hire onboarding and terminations in HRIS.
- Provide Human Resources knowledge and expertise to the organization to ensure a productive and positive environment.
- Communicate with Recruiter, Benefits Administrator, Payroll Specialist and Learing & Development team to ensure relevant parties are aware of current projects and employee activity.
- Facilitate employee relations to ensure a high level of engagement. Manage corporate employee engagement projects, stay interviews andexit interviews.
- Create and analyze turnover reports, identify trends and make solution recommendations.
- Improve relations between staff and leadership, facilitate resolution of personnel issues by providing coaching and support throughout the department and organization. Lead and assist managers with disciplinary actions and terminations when required.
- Manage the corporate tuition reimbursement process to include interpreting policy, responding to requests for tuition reimbursement, payout of the tuition reimbursement, and tracking of employee reimbursements.
- Responsible for company store, rewards, recognition and award program.
- Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Facilitate performance review process with Leaders and Payroll Specialist.
- Completes special projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
